Drifting Techniques - How to drift

For a good list including the latest techniques to drift. Some are relatively easy to make than others. He should be tried to see what works. Many professional vagrants are not integrated all these techniques in their techniques. Do not assume that knows all of them to be good at drifting. Although there are techniques that need to know. They are necessary, as the "heel and toe change. It may be useful anyway, even if it should be practiced in a safe and legal. Techniques drift clutch

o Shift Lock Drift
If travel is approached, the driver downshifts and reduced speed to slow transmission. The clutch is then released to make the rear wheel brake locks the moment and so they lose their grip.

o Heel And Toe Shifting
For initiating this type of technique, as the name suggests, the technique requires the use of heel and toe. The driver is required to press the brakes with the right foot, while at the same time pressing the clutch using the left foot. The toes and the heel slides over to the accelerator for revving the engine up before down shifting the vehicle. With this technique, there will be smooth downshifting without the vehicle being jolted.

O Clutch Kick Drift
while the driver is approaching again, the linkage is rpm and downshifts are increased. The pilot then releases the clutch, it has a power and provides a smooth surge that makes the rear wheel losing traction. It is a technique fundamental driver. Brake-Based Drifting Techniques

o Braking Drift
When the driver enters the turn, the brakes are applied to push the car's weight to the front wheels, it makes the back wheels to rise losing its traction. The driver then uses a combination of braking and shifting for holding the drift without locking up the back wheels.

o E-Brake Drift
This is a basic drifting technique. When the driver enters a turn, he pulls the emergency brake locking the back wheels. He then steers into the turn and the back end swings out causing a drift.

o Long Slide Drift
This technique results in a long straight line when approaching a curve. At speeds of up to 100 km / h, the pilot pulls the emergency brake during a drift opening while keeping it in the corner. This method is fairly simple to enter the drift.

Other Drifting Techniques

o Choku-Dori (Swaying Drift)
As the name suggests, give the appearance of oscillation. Begins to drift a long straight approach in turn. When the car starts to drift, the drift control is used to maintain the form of action from side to side, which is why the car bends his back end.

o Kansei Drift
Entering a corner at high speed, the accelerator pedal is suddenly released by the driver to shift the weight over the front wheels, the opening of this drift the rear tires lose traction. This method opens a drift.

o Power Over Drift
For this drift, the driver accelerates into and through the entire turn making the back end swinging out as the weight shifts on exit. A lot of horsepower is required for this drifting technique.

o Feint Drift
To achieve this trend, the technique requires that the driver steers the car off the curve on the approach, pushing the vehicle weight to the outside wheels. The driver quickly runs back in the corner. When the car's suspension began again, the reaction is very fast and the weight is moved very quickly to a sudden end Back to the opening of a shift.

o Jump Drift
Entering a turn, the driver bounces the inside rear tire in the air moving sidewalk to the car's weight to the wheels out to induce a loss of traction, this method raises the drift.

o Dirt Drop Drift
For initiating this drift, the driver drops the rear tires off the race course into the dirt. This method helps initiating a drift and maintaining a speed for holding a drift through multiple turns, the drift angle can also be increased during a single turn.

Drifting for Beginners - How to Drift car in 3 easy steps

Drifting is becoming more popular by the minute. Everywhere we see on the street and in shops, Drifting and burning. Since then arrested by a drift towards the mainstream with the help of Hollywood films and the growth of drifting fans, wave and want to learn to drift, how they see the film have grown rapidly.

Drift course seems easy enough to drive fast and get your car to the side and rear tires smoke. But as you know if you've ever tried to drift, is not as easy as you see on the big screen.

Here's a short drifting lesson for beginners. The very basics of drifting. First, here's what you need:

1. You need a car - preferably rear wheel drive.

2. It should be a manual car preferably. Automatics are harder to drift but not impossible.

3.You have to go practice a large outdoor area where legally and safely. Drift days the place to go.

4.You need extra tires. Obviously.

Now, here's what to do:

1. You want to practice doing circles or donuts in one spot on the donut pad or wide open flat area around a pilon / cone. DON'T go straight to the circuit trying to drift around corners on your first time attempting drift.

Do donuts right, then change and do circles to the left. Start with small circles, then become more.

2. Once you've mastered the donuts, you can start using the handbrake and try some 180 degree spins. Create two Pilon about 100 yards away and up and back doing 180 revolutions handbrake.

You should not try to drift the turns, however, just get used to your hand brake and feel the slide of your car. Once you can get it without problems, you can try to drift off the slide.

NOTE: Keep the handbrake on for longer than a split second. Slide it right around with the handbrake until you're facing the way you want to go then you can power out.

3. Keep two Pilon where they are now able to treat them eight adrift in the Pylon. As we do in turns of 180 degrees, using the handbrake to slide around and be in a straight line, wait in line to the other side of the curtain at the other end. Repeat the procedure to try to advance toward the pylon with his bumper RONTÓ you - playing the cleavage - like professional drift drivers!

Try these tips for beginners driving before touching the ground and everything your car. Like any sport, practice makes perfect and good training to learn to drive when will keep you and your car safely, so you can live to drive another day.
